DEI-RAM Terms and Conditions:

1. Campus Email Address and University Name Encryption:

The campus email addresses and university names provided during registration are encrypted and securely stored. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, campus emails and university names are not associated with individual responses or downloadable data sets. All data is downloaded and encrypted, and demographic details are attached.

2. Data Sharing:

Users acknowledge and agree that their aggregated DEI assessment responses may be downloaded by other users for benchmarking and comparative analysis purposes. By participating in the DEI-RAM assessment, users consent to sharing aggregated data.

3. Confidentiality:

All individual responses to the DEI-RAM assessment and University names are kept strictly confidential. Only aggregated data is shared with authorized users for research, benchmarking, and analytical purposes. Users' personal and institutional information and assessment responses are safeguarded in accordance with established privacy and data protection protocols.

4. User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and while completing the DEI assessment. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or distribution of DEI-RAM assessment materials and data is strictly prohibited.

5. Compliance:

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing data privacy and security. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of access to the DEI-RAM assessment platform and potential legal consequences.

6. Modification of Terms:

These terms and conditions may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or operational practices. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.

By accessing and using the DEI-RAM assessment platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspending or terminating access to the DEI-RAM assessment platform.
